Regular fitness classes at Unit 8 Gym
While we are confident that you can reach your goals and become the best version of yourself; both physically and mentally, by joining Unit 8 Gym and using the equipment and machinery here for workouts with nutritional support, we know some of you need something a bit different. That is why we offer a selection of specialist fitness classes.
These are designed to target more specific areas, whether it’s certain muscle groups or to improve your overall fitness and endurance. Scroll down to read a brief description of each class.
